I forgot to post these.  Some more pictures I took in the daytime.

I wish I would have uploaded more process and variations between the last and now; but I have axed the pipe element, went back to the "hazardous" text but took it out to work more with the iconographic imagery from the pictures I took.  Added some nice new subtleties with the warning (!) sign and altered the right-hand branch to not have the awkward right angle.  I have used repetition of the electric form, the warning/advertencia form, and the (!) sign to show pattern and cycle.

Not sure if this is working more or less now, and it's still metamorphosing, but I have everything in layers and am being as nondestructive as possible with my methods.

I am keeping close with my original concept, but honing more towards human intervention of nature and if we keep this habit/cycle of abusing nature it will lead to our planet's demise.

I've added some more imagery using blending modes, masks, and opacity; some obvious, some very subtle.

This is the image I am working with.  It is from the tree in between Wey and Newland.  I am going to use imagery from electronic and industrial forms, such as the text on the tree in this picture.

For my cyclical nature composition I want to focus on the cycle/habit of man-made mechanisms/buildings and how they overtake nature over time.  Instead of taking away Newland and the urban setting/objects I would like to highlight them somehow with the tree, showing how they are overtaking its space.  I took most of my shots at night; I like the gold glow that they have from the lights, but I will probably take more at other times of the day as well.  I also did some intentional blurred shots.  The first few happened on accident, and I was frustrated by the shutter speed I had to use with some shots, so I instead just went with the blurs.
